- Build the website with the goal of full keyboard navigability
- Provide tools and design patterns to support text alternatives for non-text content

- Support users who prefer reduced motion
- Use semantic heading hierarchy in templates and components
- Structure form fields with appropriate labels in our component library

How We Test
Accessibility is checked on every page of this website and on the listing page template, not on a sample. WebGrowly, the technology provider, runs the checks and repeats them every month and after significant changes.
- Automated testing of every page against WCAG 2.2 Level AA with two independent engines, axe-core by Deque and IBM Equal Access Accessibility Checker, on desktop and mobile screen sizes.
- Keyboard-only navigation: the skip link, visible focus, tab order, and menus and dialogs that open and close from the keyboard.
- Interactive states: navigation menus, calculators with values entered, form validation messages, map filters and listing cards.
- Review of the accessibility tree exposed to screen readers: control names, roles, heading order and landmarks.
- Colour contrast measured with every layer composited, including the states a page scan cannot judge: a form after it rejects an entry, and a calculator after it accepts one.
Automated tools cannot detect every barrier, so the manual checks above are part of every audit. Date of the last full audit: September 16, 2026.
Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not be fully accessible. We are working to improve the accessibility of all our content. If you encounter any issues, please contact us so we can provide the information in an alternative format.
- Map markers are compact by design; every listing shown on the map is also available in the list next to it and through the search filters.
- PDF reports generated by the Property Passport tool have not yet been audited for accessibility; the same information is available on the web page.
- The pre-construction catalogue is supplied by another company and opens in a frame on that page; we cannot change how it is built, and the page around it carries its own heading and a way to reach us if the catalogue does not load.
